Well, Christ. If you seen it, why did you NOT come say hello?! Gah. I'm not as much of an asshole, as I put myself out to be.

I am sure it does not look like that now nice car though.
I am on the raged edge on pump gas but I want to see how far I can push it. I use a fuel pump controller to spike the fuel pressure up under wot and ramp the timeing up after launch.
I may try E85 this summer they have it everywhere down here.
The front susp was stock with lakewood 90-10's the rear susp is all bolt in TeamZ with anti roll bar, M9 rear end with 4.88 gears and full spool and disk brakes out back.
I run a mikes trans shop Vasco Glide with trans brake and Neil chance bolt together billet converter. Carbon fiber drive shaft. and that is about it.
Nothing fancy really. This combo came out of a Malibu that I had a little tango with a retaining wall in Ames street racing after a control arm bolt broke on launch.
That car ran a best ot 8.88 but was alot lighter and had all the front susp done and safety equipment in it. the frame was wasted but the rest bolted right in.
There are few passes in this car but about 130 in the other car on this combo.
ds5dot, Why not pump gas you arnt that fast with those cubes to run pump gas. Still have cast heads? or a ton of compression? Maby just being safe.
I burned up a couple sets of pistions on the dyno before we got it to work.

the motor has 13.5 to 1 comp and the heads don't even come close to the 18 degree stuff you have.

Car has run in the 9.40's NA It made upper 600's on the engine dyno here on pump gas. It is a high reving stick shift car with a huge solid roller cam it it.

I put a carb on it but have not run it yet. The car picked up 25 rwhp with the carb. I think the car has a high 9.70 in it.
