My other thread was the before pictures and here it is as of lastnight. 3" added to the front height and different rims. Still have to make some steering adjustments but you can left go of the wheel and she goes straight down the road.

Wrong engine? I think it fixed Ford's problem, now I can go to the junkyard and get speed parts cheap too.
