Time for a change

Here's my current project. Out with the stocker and getting ready for the 331. Motor is at machine shop getting checked and prepped for assembly. Should be back on the wheels by the end of March. The wiring is hopefully going to be hidden as much as possible and with some good old fashion elbow grease and a painter this thing should be looking pretty good by spring time. I'll update pic's as things come together.

No it's not a true cobra. The build started out as buying a used 327 D&D stroker shortblock from a member and as we started going through it, we came to the conclusion it needed to be bored, hence the 331. It has all forged internals, a Hitech cam (580/540 236/230 with a 110 seperation), ported Cobra intake, Pro M 77, 30lb injectors, TFS heads, ceramic shorties, G-Force t-5. Things I still need to work out are, which clutch and exhaust to go with since this thing will be driven ALOT on the street.

Thanks Ryan. I'm at a stand still right now. Motor is at R&R getting bored and everything else checked over and over again. I guess there is still some cleaning to do thou

Looks good so far Terry. The engine bay cleaning really isn't that bad (if you have heat in the garage LOL). I just used a lot of simple green and some rags, tooth brush and lots of time.
