What are you planning for your car or cars in 2009

Now that winter is almost upon us what does everybody plan to do for 2009
for their rides?

New motors?

New Blowers? ect.

Paint, bodywork or custom stuff?

Sell it in the spring and look for a 4-eye Fox

Get a spare motor, put in the upgraded rods/pistons/cams I have then put the built motor in and go ice racing/rallyxing/brainerd.

hopefully get the six speed in, in doing so i would need to purchase a mcleod bellhousing, a clutch, then fab a custom x-member as well as having the driveshaft shortened. Then try and figure out an economical g-body rear setup, perhaps an a-body rear with adj. upper's.

I'm changing over to a TH400. Griner valvebody, bunch of updates and stuff. This 430 needs some gear ratio and another split. Doesn't like a powerglide.

Looking into a super top secret comp eliminator pan for the 430. It's got a big kickout and chambers to keep the oil off the crank. Really trick piece.

If the checkbook allows maybe a new set of wheels too. We'll see.

If I get ambitious I can post some transmission porn as it goes together... :banana:

Installing : New smaller steering wheel, cold air intake with black silicone couplers, DTSS bushings (rear steer eliminators), Hurst short throw shifter, Steeda triax handle, 03/04 Cobra shift knob, zex wet nitrous with 150 pills, summit digital window switch, VHT black carpet dye, rebuilding the T-56 since its stuck in 4th, 680ftlb rated clutch from southbend.

I think thats about it. Should be starting it in like February since my wrist will be healed by then
