Working on converting alternators in my '71 Chevelle. Going from stock (55?) to 140amp three wire setup. :)
Who else?

I have 2 of the late model alts too. that I want to use. Let us know how the wiring change over goes and let me know whay you used for a carb and jetting on your E-85 setup.

I used a Rob Mix carb:

1050cfm race series. I have a 496ci motor..
I had my alt bracket modified so it fits the CS144 alternator, now just trying to find the conversion harness for it...
