          Estimate Quarter-Mile ET from Horsepower
Enter Vehicle Weight with Driver: 3400
Enter Vehicle HorsePower (@ Flywheel): 982 (guessing 15% drivtrain loss)

          Estimated Quarter-Mile ET: 8.81

maybe i should put this motor in a drag car with a auto, instead of my street pounding manual car. **** than i might as well put the race tune in it also.

          Estimate Quarter-Mile ET from Horsepower

Enter Vehicle HorsePower (@ Flywheel): 1380 (guessing 15% drivtrain loss)

              Pretty interesting calculations Orange88.

I think the calculators are a good tool to see how close your combination and track times match the formula. If you're within a couple 10ths then you're maximizing your potential.

Unfortunately, many people use dyno numbers and charts to impress others. In my opinion, what's impressive is how your car performs on the track and against competition.

You guys are nearly insane for running down there.

I guess we all are somewhat insane to do some of the things we do though. lol

Last time I went down there the ghettobirds were hovering around.

Heh no offense but I think you're more like 4 or 5 seconds off up to this point.
