This list stolen from one of many websites using this list of tips. I know most of us are aware of this stuff...but ya never know who might not be.

1. Oil builds condensation over the winter months. Before starting the car, change the oil.
2. Check all fluids before driving, including the coolant and differential fluids.
3. Check the tire pressure. Your owner's manual will indicate the ideal pressure for your tires.
4. Charge/check the battery.
5. Let the vehicle fully warm up and check transmission fluid levels before rolling out of the driveway.
6. Thoroughly check underneath your car for any leaks.
7. If your car is fuel injected, you may also want to add some type of fuel injector cleaner to fight condensation and lubricate the injectors.
