keep in mind it is CA. their regulations for emissions are insane. Im sure with the newer stuff ANY mod to the engine could be deemed "Illegal" hell im sure if you rerouted your PCV hoses they would write you a ticket.

It does suck, but these days it just doesnt pay to ride without everything in order.

I have a friend who moved out of Cali to Vegas to get away from the smog laws. He wasnt even safe there. he ended up moving here to get all the way away from that crap.

CARB emissions laws in California allow them to randomly stop you and if you have done mods can ticket you for that. Your Senator, John Marty, introduced a Bill to adopt CARB laws here in MN and it has passed to the next level.

So then the car natzi's will be heading this way. There are these worthless people that want to find relevance in their life, creating their own euphoria of being the architect of a new law. Emissions taken at idle are not the same even on the same car as those taken above idle so actually nothing is tested regarding a driving condition. The percentage of tuner cars is very, very low compared to the general population. Car tuners are trying to enjoy their liberties the same as someone with a different hobby and all the while contributing to the economic exchange of goods and services in this capitalist system. All these commies ever do is stifle the economy.
