Just got the title in the mail today. Not like I plan on getting rid of my new ride anytime soon. I bought it out of state and miles on the title where 37,xxx actual miles. Well Minnesota after so many years can put next too the mileage: Not Req'd . Probably due to the fact that they dont know how many times the odometer turned over, atleast on the colorado title and on the auto check I did the miles where legit...

As long as the person doesn't report it as fewer miles than it had before they just automatically accept that.
I do understand where you are coming from though, you want to document the fact that it's got X miles and not X miles + an odometer rollover. A good way to do that is with your insurance company, assuming they still speak to you If the mileage is low enough to affect the value of the car, then you should be documenting it with them. I've gotten a discount on my insurance for doing so, and proving that I have put fewer miles on my vehicles than I quoted. Doesn't work with everyone, but I've got a really good agent.
