My first street race was against my brother, I had and still have my 63' biscayne 348 4spd tri-power car against his 63' impala 327 turbo 400 car. We raced in front of all his freinds and I got him by at least 3 cars after the race he said "thanks for doing that in front of all my freinds" and I said "You need some new freinds". The faimily fued was over

A kid from high school we were at black dog when it used to be some what smooth. He had I think a 70 or 71 z-28 camaro with a 327 in it I had an old state trooper 78 plymouth fury told him it had a 318 or 360 or something like that needless to say I smoked him then told him what it really had a warmed 440 magnum. God I wish I still had that car. And yep it was trooper maroon.

Had to be in 1992, I think it was against a Maroon 76ish Malibu with 350, I can't remember the guys name or anything, but it was my first real street race we went out in the country and the guy just beat me on the end of the run and we stopped and talked and the guy was like pretty good race for a 350 and a 305 Camaro, I had to break his heart and tell him that my 86 Camaro at the time only had a 2.8 MPI.
He was freinds with the Reinweilers so maybe one of you local guys know who it was...

Well, the first street races were in our parents cars and that would be a '75 Bonneville (400) against a Dodge Monaco (440).
Later on I had the '69 GTO against my buddies '70 Camaro. Back then we would hit Black Dog, a frontage road along 35W and Hwy100 (SLP) back when it was under construction.
