I do know of the cross overs in bands like the Scorpions, UFO and MSG and then also the mix of DIO, Black sabbath, Deep purple, Rainbow, Ozzy etc. A friend one day pulled out this giant poster of how all of the members intertwined and then regrouped. It was a little complicated.
Link for DIO
Black Sabbath
Rainbow
Deep Purple
(Sorry, I digress at times.)

There is no doubt about it, Vince "IS" and always will be Motley Crue! I hate to say it but if the '94' band/album with Corabi singing on it would have been named something else, Motley Crue as I know it would have been done. Musically, this album was that good! Alot of the people that skipped over this album hated Motley and would never listen to their music in any way, shape, or form. That's a major reason for it's demise. I'm telling you............if you would hear it today and not know who it was you would go "who the hell is this?" and think it was todays music! Traver2001 Trans Am All Motor 9.75 @139mph

Yep, I know...............met him quite a few times myself. Partied with him and Phil Wenner a couple times and they actually came over to my shop in Courtland one night. He plays for Ratt now full time.I went to Ratt at a large festival called Hairball Fest and he invited us backstage to party with him and the rest of the Ratt guys. The funny thing about it was they were all hired guns cause the orignal Bass player Juan Croucier quit, Robbin Crosby died of HIV and Stephen Pearcey quit also. So it was more or less me,my wife, Corabi,Jizzy Pearl, and Robbie Crane bozin it up! Was a good time............I think I have some pictures here somewhere? Traver2001 Trans Am All Motor 9.75 @139mph

Believe it or not the first Time I met John was sureal. Me and my wife went out to eat at Swanney's pub in Courtland and there was a Black 99 Trans Am outside parked with California plates. I told her as a joke that I bet that it was John Corabi's car and we both laughed. When I walked in the door and saw Corabi sitting at the end of the bar with his wife eating supper I about shat myself!! Nobody in the whole joint new who he was but me but I had to meet him just because. The funniest part about it was I had a Motley Crue shirt on with the pictures of the band and Vince, not Crab!!
