Broken PM connecting rods

Well on another site some punk kid says he's seen a bunch of broken LS and SBC PM connecting rods and to that I called BS. I looked everywhere on the web and youtube and found nothing where this has been a regular problem. Kid says his machinist of 70 years told him the PM rods are junk. Maybe that old fuck needs some new glasses.

Yeah, I've never heard of them failing. Oh well, there are plenty of experts out there
