No Racing at the Rock for April and May this year at the Rock

I cannot ever remember that there was a spring that we had no racing for the 1st 2 months of the racing season. The last time was when there was a lot of rain in 1981 that canceled a few but not all. Looks like they will lose a lot of bucks this year.
