I watched this long video and found a big mouthed Demon owner that had his computer tweaked, on 109 race gas (see specs @ 10:53) among whatever else he's not telling us, not able to run the 9.60s Dodge says a "stock" one will run.
They were at around 0 D/A so they can't use that as a excuse.
He also tried burning down the tree and that cost him.
So--take a supercharged Demon--tweak the computer, race gas, skinnies, seats removed and low 10s is the number? I wouldn't doubt he has a different pulley.
