Demon sham

Just read the Motor Trend article about the Demon. Not surprising they couldn't run the advertised 9.65 with it. In fact, Chrysler wouldn't let the track post the times. M/T said they ran a best of 11.0 based on the car's computer. FCA is suckering people in to pay near $90k thinking they'll get a mid 9 second car only to get maybe a low 11 car.

There was a Black Hellcat there today running 11.50's, there was also a purple Charger Hellcat running 11.50 also. Both I believe had mods done to them. No Demons except the old ones running today.

On a lighter note, there was a early 80's red Camaro today that went 11.40's @117. I thought that was pretty stout for a little 350 car N/A with lousy air all day.
