My son got an early X-mas present from his boss

Today when my son called after work today he said he got a bonus this year for Christmas and sure enough it was a rather good one. His boss gave him a $500 check, I thought HOLY CRAP that is better than anything I have ever got from the lousy car dealers that make millions every year. My congrats to him as he stepped up to the plate when the other guy quit earlier this year. Bobby started staying late, taking on more work and doing a ton of stuff that he did not have to, I told him that when you do things you are not required to do for work sometimes bosses notice.
