So is the guy with the marine haircut the owner of the damaged car? Why would he stand there looking at the camera yet basically saying nothing for so long after such an incident? Seems weird. I would think most people wouldn't want to be filmed after such a disaster. Yet maybe he didn't know at the time the camera guy would upload it to the internet?
