Interesting Craigslist ad

Here are a pair of my old Valve covers I painted way back in the 80's. Never seen any of my old stuff listed before, even the wife made a comment about the ad when she noticed the picture. These were on the Firebird when I first put a 396 in it in 1981.

Looks like the paint has held-up quite well over the decades. What did you use?

I used one shot, was cheap back then. I sent the guy an e-mail and offered $20 but he wants $40 for them, I can get new ones for $68 so $40 is a little high, we'll see maybe he will change his mind. I would put them on the garage wall if I could get them.
