Dealers and shop can't find techs

Looks like a lot of dealers cannot find good techs these days. We have one guy who is leaving on Fri. and others are thinking about it. The health care costs, not being able to make flat rate and poor retirement is taking a toll on this. So for the wages you get to beat the crap out of your bod work crummy hours then feel good that you have a job, as I told my boos one day, guys just are not going into this field anymore. Glad I get to retire next year.

Tons of tech jobs out there and no one to fill the shoes.

Combination of stagnant pay/benefits and lack of work ethic among many out there. As for the health benefits, or lack thereof, wait until the Dems Obama Care takes full effect. Vote Dems, they know whats right for you.
