DO NOT USE FRAM OIL FILTERS. I had two cars today that I changed oil on at work, both had Fram oil filters that had the internals collapsed on them. They sure are a POS filter in my book.

I've seen a few drag cars wrecked due to blown gaskets on them putting oil on the tires and getting into the wall. Not good.

Yeah, I used to use Fram and sold a bunch of em when at 10,000. Even bought their HPGC series when I had a few extra bucks. I saw a display of one cut apart compared to an AC Delco and never bought another.

Same thing here. I had heard a few stories of filter failure, but didn't take them seriously until until I saw the Fram vs. AC Delco display. That convinced me to never buy another Fram.
