I am not sure what is the best stuff to use. I have alway put the Type-F in my turbo 400's.

Yeah Eddy, if you do a google search, most people recommend dexron. Not sure who has the best price on dex-6. Type F might be ok, but I don't think I'd risk putting it in a current day tranny.
