That just sucks, One of the best guys to ever work, drive or touch a Chevy engine or Chevy car. R.I.P. Grump.

My first time at BIR, I was with my old boss. We were wandering around Saturday
evening. Grumpy pulled up to us on an old Briggs powered mini bike. He had a 12 Pak
under each arm and was all ready pretty well tuned up. As my boss introduced him
to me, he tipped over just like the old dude on the tricycle on "Laugh-in"

After a bunch of laughing on our part and swearing on his part, we got him up and
on his way.

A sad day for the racing community---RIP Grumpy.
