No tranny in their,direct drive,but you still have a driveshaft that can do a number on you.

I'm trying to remember if thats the car he used nitrous in that caused one of the biggest motor explosions the nhra has ever seen. Needless to say, nitro in fuel cars was banned in a hurry.Even Don joked about the noise and mess it made.

Kelly, If this car is one I think it is, That car does have a 2 speed trans. The high gear only cars did not get going untill the late 80's and it was Gene Snow that started it with a dragster.

Two speed in it and yes that is the nitrous car.
