Wisconsin sisters charged for torturing teen's penis with pliers

A pair of Wisconsin sisters are facing criminal charges recently after investigators determined the women may have tortured a young man with pliers and forced him to drink their urine.
The sisters, Valerie Bartkey, 24, and Amanda Johnson, 17, were named in the criminal complaint which describes two variations of this horrific and very bizarre story in great detail.
According to the affidavit, on October 1st an 18-year-old St. Croix man identified as Joseph was at his mother’s home playing X-box when he received a call from Amanda Johnson, asking him to come over and hang out. The teen told investigators that he began walking to the home of Johnson’s mother around 4 p.m., eventually catching a ride at around 5:30 p.m. from a friend that was also on his way to the same house.
Upon arriving at Amanda’s house, the crew was then picked up by another person identified as JMK, who then drove them over to a friend’s house identified as AJK.

In a statement made to police, Joseph claims that Valerie, Amanda and a man identified as KJB, began smoking weed on the back deck and were trying to force Joseph to smoke it as well. He told investigators that he didn’t do drugs, so he declined the offer.
According to the affidavit, Amanda and Valerie were encouraging Joseph to jump from the handrail of the home’s deck to the ground below, a distance of about 10 feet, claiming that he would be a “super vampire” if he did. After several jumps, the man who calls himself Blade and “thinks he’s a vampire” was asked by AJK to stop jumping, in an effort to prevent injury.
Joseph then allegedly joked about a stomach punch to Avery Johnson, brother to Valerie and Amanda. The sisters got upset and Amanda supposedly pushed Joseph from behind. As he ran away, another person at the mixer tripped him, sending him to the ground where one of the sister’s allegedly kicked him in the ribs while another stomped his right arm.
After several minutes, Joseph went into the house where he discovered his brand new Starter tennis shoes (valued at $22) immersed in the bathroom sink and the toilet. As he sat outside contemplating the recent strange events, the sisters arrived and allegedly “forced” Joseph to drink a strange yellow liquid which he described, tasted “kinda like beer.”
A witness to the event told investigators that the sister’s told him “we peed in the cup and made him drink it.” As Joseph chugged the specimen, Amanda began to vomit and her sister Valerie started to gag.
The same witness told investigators that the sister’s told Joseph to go downstairs, get naked and sit in the corner. Joseph claims that Valerie said she was pregnant but wanted twins and wanted Joseph to have sex with her so she could have two babies. A witness to the events claims the girls began dancing erotically around the Joseph as he sat huddled up in the corner of the room.
The report claims that Amanda used a belt to persuade Joseph to listen, threatening to use the belt on his back if he didn’t listen. A witness said he heard the crack of the belt several times, as well as hearing Joseph screaming “owwwww” from the room.
The witness said the sisters were yelling at Joseph to bend over and show them his anus. AJK claims the girls admitted to him later on that Joe did in fact show them his anus.
The older sister, Valerie, returned to the room with a pair of blue-handled pliers and began tugging on Joseph’s penis in an attempt to get him aroused, according to the report. Joseph told investigators that he wasn’t aroused by Valerie when she began pulling and twisting his penis with the pliers, as her sister called him a “bitch”.
The group was eventually disunited and Joseph got dressed and called a friend of his to come pick him up. He was eventually taken to Westfields Hospital in New Richmond by his grandmother.
The sisters have been charged with felonious sexual assault along with battery and criminal damage to property, both misdemeanors.
The sisters are set to make their initial court appearance on April 12.
