Dig this. Today in st.paul on maryland ave. I saw a new camaro cruising along. I first started laughing cuz he was driving in the salt and chemicals with no regard to the body damage he was causing to such a valuable car, cough cough, but what threw me was that he had put a durango badge above the camaro badge on the front quarter. WOW!! Wish I could of had a pic of that. Glen and bob would give this fool a talking too. This is a true story.

That's pretty sad.
Years ago when I worked at 10,000 Auto around '76, a guy came in from The Little Earth up on Cedar and was measuring sunroofs we had on display. He asked if he could take one outside to see how it would look on his car. I walked out with him and he went up to a brand new black Trans Am and laid it on top, but positioned it like a T-Top on one side. He asked if I had two and bought both so he could turn his T/A into a T-Top car. lol

Now for fairness in reporting today I saw a dark blue with white stripes shelby diving around in st.paul by maryland and edgerton. Must be rough to waste 50k of car.Plus all winter I have seen and heard a steel grey GT late model mustang cruising in downtown st.paul. He sure likes to rev it up, Also a yellow with white stripes GT late model mustang in south st.paul. Very nice lookin' cars but not for long in our winters. Maybe thats all they got for cars and have to drive them.

The mustang looks ok from the front, But the rear with the slanted tail lights is the worst thing I have ever seen on a stang. No wonder Steve did not buy one.
Still this has been going on for years ford vs. Chevy but the reality is GM is outselling ford on this one. The Challanger is lagging way behind and I like the styling of them the best out of all 3 cars.
