bought it new earlier in 2010. 2WD single cab short bed w/t, towing pack is the only option, it has a 4.8 V8 (not the 5.3 ;) )
Did upgraded valve springs and a cam (cuz both were laying around from his bro's project)...
The I/C and the MPT76 q trim - install begins with like 700 miles on the truck and 2 weeks after purchase...

stock exhaust out..
workspace.
bye bye cats..
sloppy crew at work
getting there
not a very complex hotside by any means
gigantic 60mm vband gate mounted
cold side done
2x 255lph in the tank, working great with the stock returnless surge tank pressure bleed thing.
base stock pull vs base turbo tune - 9psi
difference in injector size... fawk
half(.5psi) check valve that needs to be tighter... going with 14psi

....
this equaled out to exactly 162f lol perfect
A TH400 was in the truck for a bit along with a better DS because the stock ones are only balanced to 100MPH - junkyard TH
here is how you get a 2010 silverado truck to start without the electronic transmission attached.
in car -setup
drag shakedown passes (12.1 - 12.1 @ 110ish)

ripping on the street

drag (11.5 @ 117)

Then a 4L80 was bought, dropped in and a trans controller was bought to use it with the new style ecu (01-06 don't need a controller for the swap) a circle D converter was installed too...

Some info about the truck:
Bought it new for $17.5k
Cost of build was $5500 total
Was running about 14 psi on the 11.5 @ 117 run
Now is running over 16 psi and put down mid 500s rwhp.
Only internal mods to the 4.8 are springs and LS6 Cam

Unusual placement of the turbo. Make sure that sucker has a drive shaft hoop!
