Saw it some time ago. Great concept. Hope he's successful with expanding to other markets. With better than 95% units occupied, I expect that it is quite profitable.

If I gave up all of my other hobbies & interests, I could probably afford one of the smaller garages. However, I'm not willing to do that at this point in my life. Guess I'll just have to 'slum it' in my 2 1/2+ car garage at home.

Where are the muscle cars? Looks cool but my 2 1/2 just like Fast one said works for me. I say we all show up some time and see if we get in!

They have a free hangout day there like once a month. My neighbor goes there to check out all the Ferrari's and Lambo's. I'll see if I can get more info from him.

                    Car condos....cars n coffee.....
What do they do? Stand around and not ever drive their cars. Do they even pull them out or is it all about "I can afford a Lambo and a condo to put it in"? I suppose it has to be Starbucks coffee too? Folgers can't possibly be good enough.

                    I'll drive mine, thanks.

Pretty cool that somebody found a way to gouge the Richy Riches though.

most of the cars that show up drive there, and some of the garages get opened up while people are there. I have never gone, but know quite a few people that go to the saturday deal.

What's wrong with liking good coffee? I figured out that Folgers was crap decades ago. Nothin' but Kenya AA beans from Caribou for me. Ditto for beer. I pretty much hated beer until I tried a Samuel Adams Double Bock. I thought to myself - that's what was missing from all the crappy beer I drank when I was young - FLAVOR!!!
