After all the bad crap that happened to me this past sunday at the swap I had some good news.
I was looking at some heads as I alway do and spotted a set of Dart Platinum 215cc heads for sale. The guy was asking $600 then after some himhawing around he said he would take $400 for them and they are complete. I waited untill the end of the day went back and offered $350 for them, The guy just wanted to dump them and took my offer saying he did not want to haul them home again. Lokked at them close last night and they are in exelexnt shape, I will do a valve job and slim down the guides and add them to my 406.
Now I got to get the 406 together add my good NOS system to it and I will get my 9 all by myself. Looks like I might have my 358 sold anyway, So I will need a new combo. I will wait a little before I build the big inch engine to see how this goes.
