Interesting fact: In 1965 when MN had the big floods here in the cities we had 37" of snow in March and we had a total of 73" of snow that year. Now forward to 2011 we have had the same total as '65 and still have March to go. I bet this year we bust the all time record and we will go from below 0 to 70's by the end of the month.
