Slow day in the hood

The neighbor and I were BSing in the driveway and some stray dog runs by us. The neighbor call the dog catcher up and a few minutes later a cop rolls by and askes us where the dog went, So he tells the cop and off he went.

Few more minutes go by and here comes the dog followed by 3 cops:rotfl:
The dog had a good lead on them and we were not sure if they got the bad doggy, But it sure was funny to watch how are tax dollars are spent so wisely:lol2: How many cops dpes it take to catch a dog? In this case 3:rotfl:

What city? Coulda been real slow for em but maybe it was a seeing eye dog or a dog specially trained for a handicapped person? Maybe a dog determined dangerous thats likely to attack humans? I've seen the aftermath of pit and rot attacks on humans and it isn't pretty.
