  • The A/C in a can? for you all

Like the title says. Some of you may know that in Feb. of this year I took out a BIG ASS ICE chunk with my dd (cobalt) and it took out my radiator and my condenser and now spring/summer is here I was wounding if the A/C in a can will work. I had to replace the radiator and the condenser. So the condenser has nothing in it (empty). LMK if I can do this or not.

    Thanks Jake

make sure you have oil in the system before you start the a/c or add for the parts you replace.

Did you get the system evacuated? Plus I thought you need to know how much oil is in there when adding more. Maybe that was something else.

i'd have a shop evac the system you need a strong vacuum inside the system in order to pull the 134a into it. So the best but is to pay a shop the 80 bucks to evac, oil and recharge the system.
