I wonder if that's the Buick 3.6L engine under the cover. From what I've read, Buick's engineers designed the 3.6L with twin-turbos & high boost in mind. That's why the bottom-end is massively over-built and the rotating assy is all forged. When they unveiled it at the auto show a number of years ago, it was in twin-turbo coupe trim on the Zeta platform, and was being touted as the next GN. It was tuned for 450 HP, and in typical Buick concept-car fashion, had already passed emissions & crash-testing. Unfortunately, the 'powers that be' at GM shot it down....

Essentially, what Jay has here is Buick's GN concept-car from a few years ago: A Zeta-platform coupe with Buick's 3.6L in twin-turbo trim.
