That car is a pig for something that has all the junk he has. He should sell it and buy another mustang.
Thanks, I was happy with the first time out even though the weather was shit.
Better than expected for a 9.6 to 1 motor. That engine will work nicely in the street car next year with the new 6spd setup with some spray.
I just had to give ole LTD some crap, There is a lot left in that car it just needs the touch.
i think i could get my junk to run a sub 11 na pass if i had an antiroll bar and adjustable control arms. maybe next year
I had a couple of chevelles years ago all I used to run was the overload shocks that had the 2 different color springs on them and an air bag in the right rear. Hooked like crazy and went straight down the track and street.

I didn't build the car moron.
I was hoping for 12.20's. Got close but oh well. It's not a drag car so I'm not disappointed. The 12.35 was on drag radials, with the front sway bar and the bump stops still in, all the accessories including air conditioning and a mechanical fan 3.42's and shifting on the column. The car still has an 11 in it with it's present combo, just needs some fine tuning. I wanted to get my 750 back before the shootout but that's what I get for being nice and loaning it to a friend. So I was running a vacuum sec. 770 which isn't ideal.
The only thing I was hoping to do better on was my mph. I guess the converter is a little loose yet. Next year I can get it all dialed in and I think it could make a good bracket car, too bad there's really no money in small events.
Next year the 4 door will be going 10's so you can all go to hell.
I also learned that I suck at pro tree. lol.
I am a total tool here and do not care about anyone but myself

You need MR.hp's hand of God tune on that car and one of my carbs too:rotfl:
The car wasn't built for drag racing. It was built to be a cruiser. Two cars that I've owned and/or built have been in Car Craft magazine. That's better than any little drag-strip "bragging rights" or trophy any day in my opinion.
