Love for me is really just a mixture of lust and affection.
I am a total tool here and do not care about anyone but myself

Back on topic for a moment...

Took the boy (16mos) to Como Zoo on Sat.
Gotta love Como. Clean, large enough to have a lot to do, without being overwhelming, and FREE!!
Found out he's amazed by seals.

Sunday we had a big family picnic.

Monday we just kinda hung out. Did some work for work, and tweaked some things on the CRX. Leaking a little oil from the T I added for the oil pressure gauge, and my PCV hose collapsed (which was just FI line), so I replaced that with a solid setup.
Had a fire. It was a relaxing day.

Brakes on the Intrepid tonight after work.

          Good weekend overall.

...Ok, back to your regularly scheduled drama!

              Hmmm...muscle car sounds good...

You're right FatTony, Como is a good value zoo for the kids.

I had a pretty busy weekend. Drove thru St Louis to Metropolis, Ill Thurs afternoon (12 hrs). Went to a place called Massac Kitchen Fri nite. They have a buffet with all you can eat gigantic frog legs, huge deep fried oysters, fish, fried okra, etc. Hotcivic had plate after plate of the huge frog legs. lol

Drove to Memphis Sat morning to pick up the wife from the airport by noon. Drove over to Mississippi for lunch at Texas Roadhouse. Drove by Graceland, but didn't take the tour. Drove down to Beale St and walked by all the restaurants. BB King's was pretty busy for a Sat afternoon. Lotsa jazz bands playing at each corner.

Drove over to Stax Museum and took a tour. They've done a great job renovating that place. Got to see the organ used by Booker T & MGs recording Green Onions (pretty primitive looking), awards, recording contracts, clothing used by Stax artists, Donald "Duck" Dunn's bass guitar, Cropper's guitar, Isaac Hayes gold plated Eldorado on the turnstyle. lol

              All in all...a good weekend

You know, I might not care if you used my photos if you'd simply ask. Think about it. It's like someone claiming to have done the chassis work on their car when you actually did it.

That Powerglide is sure working good in the green Nova... Wonder who's tranny it is?

Great to see those times out of the cars! Happy to have played a part in it.

Torkie I got your message, haven't had time to call you back yet. Will try tomorrow or I'll see ya at Searles and we can discuss then..

There is a way to quote them then instead of saving them and uploading them to your Photobucket.

did you get permision from every owner of everycar you posted to the internet? if you want to get technical I believe that is what you should have done, I know when I went to pinks, and upon entry to Bir I have signed waivers giving speed channel and egleye.com rights to any pics they take of me or my car, they were nice pics and I wanted to save them, I am sure plenty of people have saved pics of yours off the internet, you just don't know them. sorry dave, but I really don't think I did any wrong doing here.
