I was wondering where 11 squads were off to in such a hurry last night around midnight.
ST. PAUL, Minn. -- A 20-year-old New Brighton woman is jailed after a fatal crash in St. Paul.
Police Sgt. Paul Schnell says the crash happened early Sunday as officers were clearing out a parking lot known to be a place where people go to watch drag races. Officers saw a car speed out of the lot.
The spokesman says the car ran a red light and T-boned another car on University Avenue. The driver of that car, a 39-year-old man, died at the scene.
Schnell says it wasn't immediately clear whether the woman knew an officer was following her.
The suspect was treated for minor injuries and taken to the Ramsey County Jail. She's being held on suspicion of criminal vehicular operation.
Police say they don't believe alcohol played a factor in the crash.
Later on the boys came in and kick out all the heavy hitter in the other lot,
The bright spot of the night was when steve did another good looking burnout:rotfl:
