Sunday time trials at Brainerd?

At all the events I've run at Brainerd, they've never allowed time trials on Sunday. I've had to go right in to competition because they say there's no way to give even one time trial and get all the racing completed.

Have they changed their rules?

Actually, from what I heard they ran one time trial on Sunday due to a rain cancellation Saturday afternoon... From a couple guys who were there.
