Did anyone see Ch.5's report on tow truck drivers

There was a channel 5 investigative report on tow truck drivers in the city of St. Paul. The tow drivers had the worst driving records and they are towing for the city, What a load of crap.

There were drivers that had revoked licences, one had 11 speeding tickets and one driver even had a ticket for use of a car that he commited a felony in.

I think they should pay no attention to those guys and focus more on hassling car enthusiasts...especially people that hang around Porkys. Lol
