Do you still have the factory 10bolt in there if not put some M/T et drags
on that baby and launch it.
I used to work at the Grove in the late 80's and Ted Smith would cut the track bite with gasoline and no one would hook he said it was their car wasn't setup right, like ya ok.
Guys would always wonder why their 1/8 mile and 60ft e.t.'s were so much better than the rock well someone measured the where the timers were put
    and they both were off:rotfl:

Don't worry, I've seen cars at Grove on there Fast and Furious Night run over 13's. And that's in the 1/8! Seems like there is alwayse someone faster and slower. Just go and have a blast! Everyone is alwayse real friendly, and you can really learn alot from the guys who have been doing it for a long time.

theres alot of cars that run that at the track an 11 second car on the street usually runs 14s. I'm somewhere in the 13.90 range. But will be adding a stall and steeper gears this spring. so if were out at the track I run ya anytime maybe even out on the street but I have to be very cautious about that. When I get my additions on we should be fairly competitive.

Yeah I was just kidding. Each way of standing around can have its benefits. But you can see over 20 runs within a couple hours at the track.

There have been times when I don't feel like racing, but just want to watch. I've driven there by myself just to see all the action and talk to different racers about their rides. I guess it takes a certain type to just want to do that.
