Yah, its off with a good vibe. I think the # one thing to keeping the site on track is the admin and moderators staying on top of thinks w a iron fist.

I like the vibe of this site much more than the other local ones so far. I like that there seems to be more "old iron" here and the members seem more mature and laid back.
