At work today I noticed a new vette convert that had the intake off of it and I asked what they were doing with it and they said it is going to be supercharged. Boy the intake ports on those heads are huge compaired to an LS1 and look more like the LS7 heads I got to see at one time. Car should go good. If I ever do an LSX swap it is going to be an LS3.

I haven't done my LS3 homework in a while but from what I remember the heads are VERY similar to LS7 heads and people are making huge gains with cam, headers, and ported heads. I'm sure the LS3 would make a ton of power with a blower and forged internals.

LS3 will do 475ish to the tire with a cam, tune and boltons. The heads flow 320-330 on the intake, stock. I have a pair of them sitting in my bedroom....Comment
