Scott Kalitta Dies in crash

NHRA Funny car driver and 2 Time T/F champ Scott Kalitta dies in a firey crash at E-town. Is a sad day for drag racing with this happening and Eric Medlin dying a year ago. This may now trigger NHRA into making things more safe in this class.

All our prayers and sympathys go out to the Kalitta family.

ya, that's terrible, i saw the video and he never had a chance the wall at the end of the trap's should have been dirt or something softer......
