Get those stuck bolts out

The 03 Kia I have sprung a fuel leak so I used some JB Weld and it leaked in another spot so I had to figure out how to get the rusted bolts out to change the fuel pump assy. All the bolts 5/16" head were all round from rust and welding around fuel I guess is a no-no. I found this video on youtube and damn it works, just thought I would share.
