So far I've only got a pic of getting it set up...uploading the vids. Motor made 226hp at the wheels and 341 with the spray. The way he figured it out the motor should have 460 at the fly on the spray. O yea, it put out 418 lb-ft of torque on the spray. Not too bad to me..

He said it would have been better working with it if I didn't have the slicks on I guess.... I'm running an auto with a higher stall converter, so I'm sure that would affect it some......right?

Isn't he saying a 26% driveline loss on spray? Did Wenzel hook up his own fuel system to get the air fuel ratio? or am i seeing something else.. how much was each pull?

Power at the wheels on nitrous was 341 and the calculated power at the fly was 460. Isn't that something like 34%? My math might be a little rusty though... The power at the wheels on the motor run was 226, I think he said it would be around 350 at the fly..?..Might just have to find out next time I have the motor out..

Wenzel put the big horn o ntop of the carb and monitered the volume of fuel it used. That's what the hoses are going to on the fender. First few runs we made were to check the a/f ratio. After that he let her rip. The first hour is 90, and shop labor for every hour after ($60 shop labor). The eng dyno is $200for four hours.

Nice numbers pete really picking up some power on the spray. Car runs like a champ on them number picking up the front wheels and all.

What did you think of his tuning abilitys and how much did you pick up with a/f being straightened out. What was your air fuel before and after...?

Should just leave that bowl on there looks pretty cool and even matches the car color.... Nice pictures by the way car looks really clean.

The guy really seemed to know his shit! He didn't make any runs before getting the fuel fixed. Didn't wanna hurt anything I suppose. The a/f bounced around; pretty unsteady. Went from about 11.25 to 14.0 on the first runs. Got it straightened out to around 12.5.
Yea, that 418 torque really impressed me! The power really jumped when he turned o nthe nitrous..like a hundred twenty horse.
