Got my ass handed to me by a Chevelle last night. I just couldn't compete. Oh well...at least I don't feel too bad getting beat by a Chevelle though. Plus the guy was cool. lol

Nope it was a primered one with I think a 406 SBC. His car hooked real good and mine sucked. I wouldn't stand a chance against the red one.

The second race was pretty close. Since I blew the tires off on the first run, I thought I'd leave a 2k (lol) on the 2nd run. We were pretty much even until I tried 3rd...frickin T-Handle ...should have never put it on.

I thought it was the only way I could have a button right there for the line lock I didn't get to finish installing until Sunday.

I ordered the round Hurst knob with button that 602 recommended. Will have it this week. It'll sure be nice to be able to heat the tires up without working three pedals.

t-handle shifters suck balls...I've never seen anyone shift well with one.

Back to the ball I say.

I never had any trouble with a t-handle when I had 4spds. but I did bust almost every 4spd. I owned. I still have one shifter left and I would put one back in the car if I got a good deal on one.
