If He cant do the work, check out Brian Mahler owner of paint works in Blaine, He does some increbible work, He is right in the same building as Donnie Smith chopper shop.

Peanuts painted my Black 68 SS427 Impala back in the mid 70's. My understanding from the previous owner many years later was that he worked at Blaine Auto Body on 89th Ave but that was a LONG time ago and I could have the story wrong.

Originally being from Mpls I attended the CC Summer Nats every year. Now I don't make as many of them as I would like. I went to the CC Nats in southern IL last year and it was a joke compared to the show in St. Paul. They need to move it back to Springfield.
